DPWIT Podcast for 2023

Every month, we will discuss a theme relevant to women in tech. The discussion will run between 1-1.5 hours. We'd like two guests on the show who can speak to the chosen subject from personal experience and offer suggestions/ options to deal with it. Below are our topics for this year - you can also suggest your own. Our interview timings are second friday of every month, afternoon at 3 pm. We are flexible with your availability too if needed.
The interview will be published the following Monday with relevant points highlighted on a blog post. Following are topics for 2023.

You may suggest a co speaker or we will find one on our own that is relevant to the topic. To be able to speak from personal experience is important and ability to offer suggestions would be very helpful. Interviews will be 1 to 1.5 hours minimum, so make sure you can be available.
