DPWIT/DEI Mental Health and Wellness Day

event date

5 May 2023

location

Online

We are the team that is behind dataplatformwit.com. Every year since 2020, we have been hosting a virtual event during Spring called 'Mental Health and Wellness Day'.  This year we are partnering with our friends at dataplatformdei.com to run this event.

The past year has been challenging as the post-pandemic era slowly kicks off. Many people have lost their jobs. Inflation is a serious problem. Travel is still challenging. The tech world is changing rapidly, and many struggle to find a new footing. This is to share our challenges and how we cope with the community - to offer support/solidarity and, of course, the affirmation that we are still a community despite all this.

Anyone is welcome to submit. - no gender barriers or any other restrictions.

Our Code of Conduct and DEI Policy can be found here.

A playlist of a similar, previous event can be found here.

Who we are as organizers can be found at bottom of the page here (DataWIT team) and here (DataDEI team).

We can be reached at dataplatformwit at gmail dot com.
