What we're looking for

Talks from people who have done the work: shipped it, measured it, and can show what happened. First-time speakers welcome, with speaker support/coaching offered.

Topics

  • AI-assisted development in production: coding agents and assistants at scale: adoption, guardrails, measured outcomes
  • Measuring developer productivity in the AI era: what to measure when AI writes part of the code; beyond DORA/vanity metrics
  • Platform engineering for AI workflows: golden paths, internal platforms, and infrastructure for AI-augmented teams
  • Cognitive load & flow: review bottlenecks, context switching, and how AI helps or hurts
  • Developer tooling: building and evaluating tools in the agentic era
  • DevEx as architecture: organisational and technical design choices that shape developer experience
  • AI SRE & operations: AI agents in incident response, on-call, observability, and reliability engineering
  • AI cost & model strategy: open-source vs vendor models, self-hosting trade-offs, token economics, and controlling the cost of AI-assisted development at scale
  • Honest failure stories: AI/DevEx initiatives that didn't work, and what they taught you

The length of each talk session will be 35-40 minutes, Q&A included.
