Session Topics

  • Business Central – Best practices, integrations, customizations, and industry-specific solutions.
  • Finance & Operations/SCM – ERP strategies, implementation insights, and optimizing operational efficiencies.
  • Customer Engagement/Power Platform – Customer experience, sales automation, service optimization, CRM, and Power Platform solutions.
  • AI – Practical AI tips, Copilot, AI in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, real-world use cases, and workplace productivity.
  • Opening/Closing Keynote – A topic relevant to the entire audience. Think motivational or inspirational content, workplace stress, leadership, professional growth, everyday AI tips, or the future of work.
