Submission Guidelines

  • Original & Innovative: At least 50% new material; previously delivered sessions will not be accepted.
  • Technical & Practical: Include live demos, real-world case studies, and actionable insights

Session Formats:

  • Breakout Sessions: 50 minutes (including Demo)
  • Keynotes: 30 minutes (visionary insights)
  • Workshop: Labs up to 120 minutes (including Labs)
  • Panel Discussion: 50 minutes

Speaker Selection Process:

Our expert community advisory board will review submissions. There is no “first-come, first-served”—only the highest quality, innovative sessions will be selected. We encourage multiple submissions from each speaker, but please ensure each proposal is distinct and meets our originality criteria.
