Sessions can be:

✅ Workshops – Hands-on sessions to teach skills or solve real-world problems.

✅ Career & Growth – Inspire with stories, challenges, and tips for women in tech.


We welcome speakers of all experience levels! Sessions should be interactive, inclusive, and inspiring.

  • Session Dates:
       To be decided -  Some Saturday during April, 2025
  • Session Format
    You can submit proposals for one of the following:

  • Online session (25-30mins including Q&A) – On a range of different technologies, practices and methodologies, soft skills

  • Panel Discussion (30-45mins including Q&A ) – A panel of experts who are given any topic related to women in tech and developers community eco-system to discuss and share their views & opinions



    Next step:
      If your talk is selected, you will receive a confirmation mail with the necessary details and schedule within 2-3 days after the submission is closed.

    A brief idea about audience:
    The majority of our target audience is IT professionals, developers, students/job hunters including developers/designers/non-tech but not limited to this. Anyone from any background is welcome to attend our conference.

    Which proposals don't fit
    We are interested in experience-based talks. We will not accept proposals that are:

    🚫 Just repeating documentation without your experience/lessons learned.
    🚫 Pitching/selling a company or a product. It's OK to mention your company, but it shouldn't be the main focus.
    🚫 Recruitment talks to attract talent.
    🚫 The exactly same talk topic which you've already delivered and can be found online.
    🚫 Stolen presentations.
