Note that this is not an agile or scrum event. There are already several conferences that focus on current Scrum or agile practices. We are focusing on innovation in organizational change. That means new techniques, practices, ways of thinking and research that can revolutionize the way things are done in the enterprise. You can also talk about agile practices if a new perspective is offered.
Enterprise Agility World Conference 2022 is the first world-class event to connect Enterprise Agility, Organizational Change and Science. For many years, organizational change events have focused on frameworks, classic agility (2001) or business agility (2017). We believe that the future of companies also requires a scientific understanding of how to help people embrace exponential change in the marketplace, new practices and concepts, new ideas for leaders to align the business in record time, and new foundations to help change practitioners help individuals embrace new mindsets.
In this second year of the conference, we look forward to innovative presentations and ideas that will equip attendees with actionable knowledge to do things differently.
Keep in mind that executives, managers, or others who do not have a scientific background will also attend. Therefore, we expect all presentations to be enjoyable and easy to understand for them as well.

In this second year of the conference, we look forward to innovative presentations and ideas that will equip attendees with actionable knowledge to do things differently.
Please note that those professionals who present something new in one of the 4 areas below and provide scientific support for their presentation are more likely to be selected.

EVALUATION
We will evaluate from each presentation:
1. Topic
2. Trendiness
3. Creativeness
4. Fit to Area chosen + Science, Organizational Change, or Enterprise Agility
DURING THE EVENT
There will be time for questions and interaction with the audience during each presentation. You will have 60 minutes.
If you'd like to do a one-hour workshop instead of a presentation, please indicate that in the description, as there are limited spaces for this.
We are a neutral-language conference! Since your presentation will be simultaneously translated into several languages, we suggest you use materials with more drawings/photos and less text. The latter will not affect your application process.
If your submission is accepted, you agree that your name, position, and picture, or other information provided may be used to promote the conference.
