Thriving in Disruption @ Davos brings together 20–30 CEOs and board leaders for an intimate, high-trust exploration of how European organisations can turn resilience into a source of growth, competitiveness, and long-term value creation in an age of geopolitical volatility and rapid technological change.

Co-hosted by DMI’s Digital Lounge, the European Resilience Summit Series and the global CVC | OI Summit, this session builds on insights from previous events in Berlin and Paris, shifting the conversation from anxiety to agency, and from resilience as risk management to resilience as a strategic operating system.

A fireside dialogue with either Gerald Knaus sets the geopolitical and societal context: how shocks propagate through societies, institutions, and organisations. A CEO/CIO panel then translates this into board-level decisions on cybersecurity, capital allocation, innovation models, and global integration. The evening concludes with a purposeful “Davos with a twist” fondue round-robin, designed to surface concrete leadership dilemmas and solutions.
