Fast Flow Conf is a community event for and by practitioners, bringing together practitioners, experts and beginners to share knowledge and ideas, as well as to grow the community.

The event focuses on advancing practices and principles of organizational flow to optimize team of team structures and accelerate value delivery across the complex socio-technical landscape.

We're interested in the following topics:

• platform product thinking and the non-technical side of platform engineering
• Project-to-Product transformations
• Value streams and value stream mapping
• Wardley Mapping
• Handover and dependency mapping / resolution to unblock flow
• Domain-driven and collaborative modelling.

 We are seeking passionate and knowledgeable speakers to contribute to our upcoming conference. We explicitly invite practitioners that have real-world experience to submit to this CfP, even if you don't have (much) experience presenting. The organizing team will gladly coach you to feel comfortable presenting on stage and help with content development, dry runs, stage familiarization and more.

Note that we are looking for talks across a spectrum of experience level, talk type from theoretical to how it works, or failed, in practice)
