Flink Forward is the conference for Apache Flink® and the stream processing communities. Join core Flink committers, new and experienced users, and thought leaders to share experiences and best practices in stream processing, real-time analytics, event-driven applications, and managing mission-critical Flink deployments in production.
At Flink Forward, participants will have the opportunity to hear from experts who have built scalable streaming infrastructure and enterprise-grade applications, view live demos, and attend in-depth technical talks on the internals of stream processing technologies. Participants will learn how global companies like Pinterest©, Yelp©, eBay©, Alibaba©, Uber©, Netflix, Inc©, Lyft©, and Capital One© use Flink as their stream processing engine of choice for large-scale stateful applications, including real-time analytics, real-time search, and content ranking, fraud/anomaly/threat detection.
Flink Forward Seattle 2023 kicks off on November 6th with two full days of hands-on learning and training sessions. Our training sessions will be led by experienced Flink professionals - you’d be hard pressed to find high quality training sessions!
The training days will be followed by a conference starting on the morning of November 8th with keynotes, panels on production Flink use cases, Apache Flink® internals, to the growth of the Flink ecosystem, and many more topics on stream processing and real-time analytics. You are invited to the wrap up event - Flink Fest on the evening of November 8th.

We are soliciting for a diverse range of speakers to submit proposals that you want to share with the Community. Submissions are being accepted until 11:59 pm PDT on July 12th - if selected the stage is yours!
We have four leading themes for 2023:

2. Technology Deep-Dive
3. Ecosystem
4. Operations
Do you have a compelling use case about how a real-world problem was solved using Apache Flink? Share it with the Community! Bonus points for presentations that are able to quantify the positive impact that a Flink application had on an organization.
Technology Deep-Dive sessions should provide unique insights into Apache Flink internals, sharing not only how a given feature works, but also why it was designed the way it was. This is also an opportunity for those using Flink within academia to share their findings. We'd love to hear about your research projects too!
Do you have a vision how Apache Flink could be integrated to different ecosystems for the benefit of all users? Let’s hear it!
Do you want to share your operational best practices about efficiency, stability, resiliency, scalability, or optimization? Share your story with your fellow streaming enthusiasts.

Flink Forward is a Community event, successful candidates will get free entrance to the conference day.Travel and lodging should is covered and arranged by the speaker.
