セッションのルール

● 登壇者を含め、FlutterKaigi に関わる全ての人は、行動規範を遵守していただく必要があります。

● 発表内容が著作権など他者の権利を侵害しないよう留意してください。

● 過剰な自己紹介や所属企業・製品の宣伝といった、当イベントの趣旨に反する内容はご遠慮ください。

● ただし、プロダクトでの採用事例の紹介や、説明の過程においてプロダクトの仕様やスクリーンショットなどを紹介することなどは、この要件には該当しません。

開催形式

● セッションは開催日当日に、オフライン会場での登壇となります。

● よって、当日会場に来場できる方のみ応募してください。

募集内容

一般セッション

● Flutter, Dart の話題を主題とした内容にしてください。

● 発表言語は英語もしくは日本語です。

● セッション時間は質疑応答を含めない形で30分とします。30分を超えた場合はセッションの途中であっても運営判断により発表を強制終了して頂く場合がございます。

● セッション終了後、場所を移動して最大15分程度の Ask the Speaker(質疑応答)へのご協力をお願いします。

一般 LT

● Flutter, Dart の話題を主題とした内容にしてください。

● 発表言語は日本語のみです。

● LT 時間は10分とします。10分を超えた場合はセッションの途中であっても運営判断により発表を強制終了して頂く場合がございます。

● 一部の会場に限り、セッション終了後に最大15分程度の Ask the Speaker(質疑応答)へのご協力をお願いします。

ビギナーズ LT

● 学生・エンジニア歴3年未満の方が応募可能な LT です。

● その他の内容は一般 LT と同様です。

セッション録画と配信

● セッションの様子は収録し、後日 YouTube にて配信予定です。よって撮影されることに同意頂ける方のみ応募してください。

● 一般セッションと LT のみの配信を予定しています。Ask the Speaker の録画・配信は予定しておりません。

応募締切と結果告知日程

● 応募締切は 7/12(日) 23:59 JST です。

● 採択結果は 8/3(月) 〜 8/11 (火) 頃にメールにてご連絡いたします。

● スケジュールの変更が生じる可能性があります。その際はメールや SNS などでお知らせします。

応募に際しての注意事項

● 一般セッションは日本語および英語での応募が可能です。発表内容については、会場および公式サイトにて、運営による別言語への翻訳・通訳を実施いたします。

● セッションは一般・LT を含め、1人あたり3件までの応募が可能です。

● 複数人で登壇を希望する場合、オーナー（セッションの主発表者）が応募数上限の 3件を超えないように留意してください。複数人登壇における人数上限は2人です。LT での複数人登壇はできません。

● 採択通知メールに記載の所定の期日以内に応答がない場合、不採択として扱います。

● 組織を代表する場合、必ず社内レビューなどを通した上で、機密情報が含まれないよう留意してください。登壇内容によって生じた不利益について、運営は一切の責任を負いかねます。

● 会場の座席数や機材、スライドのアスペクト比などの情報は、採択された方に後日お知らせいたします。

● ご記入いただいた個人情報は、FlutterKaigi 2026 の運営およびセッションの告知・紹介の目的で使用いたします。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

登壇資料の事前提出のお願い

● 採択された場合、内容の確認のために登壇資料の事前提出をお願いしております。

● 提出期限は 10/5(月) とさせていただきます。

● 著作権等の確認が目的ですので、提出後に調整していただいても問題ございません。

● その他、詳細は採択後にご連絡いたします。

費用と報酬

● セッションが採択された方は、FlutterKaigi 2026 の参加費は不要となります。セッション採択時点で既にチケットをご購入の方には、返金対応をさせていただきます。不採択の場合は、恐縮ですが一般申し込みからチケットのご購入をお願いいたします。

● 参加費不要の対象者は、登壇される方のみとさせていただきます。

● セッションが採択された方はささやかな記念品の進呈を予定しております。

● 交通費、宿泊費などの支給はありません。ただし、海外からお越しの方に限り、航空券代の補助を支給します（登壇人数に関わらずセッションあたり上限20万円）。

● 講演料、原稿料などの支給はありません

Session Rules

• All participants involved in FlutterKaigi, including speakers, are required to comply with the Code of Conduct.

• Please ensure that your presentation does not infringe on the rights of others, including copyrights.

• Excessive self-promotion or promotion of your employer, company, or products that is inconsistent with the purpose of the event is not permitted.

• However, introducing real-world adoption cases, product specifications, screenshots, or similar materials as part of your presentation is acceptable and does not fall under this restriction.

Presentation Format

• All sessions will be presented in person at the venue on the event dates.

• Therefore, only applicants who can attend the venue in person on the day of the event should apply.

Submission Categories

Session

• Your presentation should primarily focus on Flutter and/or Dart topics.

• Presentations may be delivered in either English or Japanese.

• Sessions are allocated 30 minutes, excluding Q&A. If a presentation exceeds 30 minutes, the organizers may terminate the session at their discretion, even if the presentation is still in progress.

• After the session, speakers are requested to participate in an Ask the Speaker session (Q&A) for up to 15 minutes at a separate location.

* Both "LT" and "ビギナーズ LT" (Beginners LT) are Japanese-language-only categories. If you wish to submit a proposal in English, please select "Session".

Session Recording and Streaming

• Sessions will be recorded and published on YouTube at a later date. Therefore, only applicants who consent to being recorded should apply.

• Only Sessions and LTs are planned to be streamed. Ask the Speaker sessions will not be recorded or streamed.

Application Deadline and Notification Schedule

• The submission deadline is July 12 at 23:59 JST.

• Acceptance notifications are expected to be sent between August 3 and August 11.

• The schedule is subject to change. Any updates will be announced via email, social media, or other official channels.

Important Notes for Applicants

• Session proposals can be submitted in either Japanese or English. For accepted sessions, the organizing team will provide interpretation and translation into the other language at the venue and on the official website.

• Each individual may submit up to three proposals in total, including both Sessions and LTs.

• If you wish to present with a co-speaker, please ensure that the session owner (primary speaker) does not exceed the maximum limit of three submissions. The maximum number of speakers per session is two. Co-presenting is not permitted for LTs.

• If you do not respond to the acceptance notification email by the specified deadline, your proposal may be treated as declined.

• If you are presenting on behalf of an organization, please ensure that any necessary internal reviews have been completed and that no confidential information is disclosed. The organizers cannot accept responsibility for any disadvantages resulting from your presentation content.

• Information regarding venue seating capacity, available equipment, slide aspect ratio, and other presentation details will be provided to accepted speakers at a later date.

• The personal information you provide will be used for the operation of FlutterKaigi 2026 and for announcing and introducing sessions. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

Advance Submission of Presentation Materials

• If your proposal is accepted, you will be asked to submit your presentation materials in advance for content review.

• The submission deadline will be October 5.

• The purpose of this review is to confirm matters such as copyright compliance. You may continue making adjustments to your slides after submission.

• Additional details will be provided after acceptance.

Fees and Compensation

• Accepted speakers will receive complimentary admission to FlutterKaigi 2026. If you have already purchased a ticket before your session is accepted, a refund will be provided. If your proposal is not accepted, you will need to purchase a ticket through the general registration process.

• Complimentary admission applies only to individuals who will be speaking at the event.

• Accepted speakers will receive a small commemorative gift.

• Travel and accommodation expenses will not be covered. However, speakers traveling from overseas may receive airfare assistance (up to JPY 200,000 per session, regardless of the number of speakers).

• No speaker honorarium, manuscript fee, or other monetary compensation will be provided.

For speakers traveling from outside Japan, airfare support is available (up to JPY 200,000).
