We are building this year's conference — FRAK 2025 — around three themes:

  • Attracting Business/Clients
Positioning and branding, marketing and networking, sales and client acquisition
  • Embracing an Entrepreneurial Mindset
Purpose and motivation, mindset challenges and growth, business model evolution
  • Streamlining Systems & Processes
AI and automation, client management and operations, efficiency and growth

We will feature one keynote that braids these three themes together.

For all our sessions we are seeking interactive, transformative formats that invite our attendees to not only learn but also experiment with and apply strategies and tactics for their fractional businesses.

Additionally, our attendees are keenly interested in generative artificial intelligence. We aim to have the majority of our sessions include relevant AI tools and use cases embedded in the presentation.

Session submissions will be evaluated based on:

  • Relevance of the topic to conference mission, audience, and tracks
  • Speaker's expertise in the subject matter and proficiency as a presenter
  • Tangible learning objectives and deliverables for participants (i.e., practical, useful material they can put into practice when they return to work)
  • Plans for audience engagement and interaction
  • Inclusion of practical AI use cases and practices where relevant
