• Nov 7–8: Public Days (B2C)

Submission Guidelines

• No sales pitches
• Submission does not guarantee selection
• Selected speakers & mentors receive a free 4-day ticket
• Sessions must be in English

How to Apply

You can submit multiple session types under one profile, including:

• Talks
• Mentoring Sessions
• Panels
• Fireside Chats
• Workshops

You can update your profile and submissions at any time.

Mentoring Matters

We strongly encourage you to propose a separate mentoring session in addition to a stage program submission(s). They take almost no preparation, as they can simply be submitted as an AMA session on topics that you feel comfortable talking about. These sessions are a core part of what makes Games Ground special: Helping the next generation grow and connect within the industry.
