We are seeking speakers, facilitators, creators, designers, makers, artists, and founders who love to co-create unique and compelling experiences that activate their audience to:
Build with Google technologies in AI, Mobile, Web, and Cloud.
Create, Design, Code and Build for Everyone.
Start your proposal today! The deadline is 15th Nov 2024 or closing early if we cant accommodate everyone.
We are working on a Nov 29th career, fun and networking sessions contingent to budget, speaker availability and sponsorship. Stay tuned and we will reach out to you!
Session Type
- Keynote - 45 mins
- Lightning Talk - 10 mins
- Session - 25 mins
- Workshop - 45 minsย
- Panel Discussion - 45mins - 1 hour (Must include all your co-speakers emails for your panel. Otherwise, we will consider it an incomplete submission.)
- Pecha Kucha - 10 mins
- Igniter Talk - 10-15 mins
- Plenary Session - Conducted by the Organizers
- Propose a new format to the organizers :)

Most of our target audience is students/job seekers, including developers/designers/non-tech, but not limited to this. Anyone from any background is welcome to attend our conference.ย
Travel, Accommodation & Expenses
GDG Burnaby is a community-driven and volunteer-supported event. Your contribution is totally voluntary. Unfortunately, we are unable to support travel/accommodation for speakers.
If your company can cover your travel and accommodation expenses to speak at DevFest Burnaby, please let us know as we can add your company as a sponsor for the event!
