We are looking for talks targeted at audience with various degrees of expertise levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced) and help them improve their Azure Skills.
Session Types:
- Session - 45 mins
What makes a good submission?
Title - Be as specific as possible on what feature of Azure you are willing to talk about. Titles such as "Intro to automation with Azure" are too broad . A better title IMHO would be "Intro to ARM templates and Azure CLI to automate infra creation"
Description - As a rule of thumb, try to summarize your table of contents (or agenda) slide in 30-45 seconds and put it down as description. Tell us whether you will be doing a demo. Any pre-requisites?
Notes to Organizer - Tell us if you require assistance owing to your special (and differently-abled) needs.
Bio - Add as much information as possible to your bio.
More is better than less. Specific is better than generic and vague. Save us the effort of reaching out to you again to clarify things. Also, we wouldn't want to miss out on an amazing speaker with a great topic because of an unclear submission.
Any topic related to Azure is fair game. We recommend but not restrict you to below topics.
IT Pro, DevOps
Cloud Security
Containers (on Azure)
Data, Analytics, AI, IoT
Cloud Native App development
Diversity & Inclusion:
Bengaluru Azure User group strives for diversity and inclusion in all of the community events. We highly encourage and give preference for first time women speakers, first time speakers. This doesn't mean that we ignore submissions from the veterans who have been there, done that :) Just that we will prefer giving a chance to a new-speaker, when it's a close call.
You are free to submit a max of 3 talks and a talk can have more than one speaker.
If you haven't logged in before, you'll be able to register.
Using social networks to login is faster and simpler, but if you prefer username/password account - use Classic Login.
