This CFP is meant to make a speaker pool to allow organizers from around the globe to draw from for their events.

This will likely not function as a solution for ALL events, and is not meant as such.

Pro's:

• Easier for those without big enough networks
• Easier for managing your events (finding ad-hoc speakers, finding specific types of content)
• After a while, the list can be used as an "address book" to find speakers on specific topics

Con's:

• People won't be submitting specifically to your event and you might miss some fields that are too specific to put on a generic CFP.
• Speakers would need to be encouraged from time to time to submit any new sessions they would have
