Duration: All sessions are strictly **45 minutes** (inclusive of Q&A).

Format: We are looking for intermediate to advanced technical deep-dives, case studies, or "getting started" sessions.

Delivery: This is an in-person event Speakers are expected to present live at our venue in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Submission Guidelines & Expectations


We are looking for sessions that provide value, spark curiosity, and offer practical takeaways for our community. Below are the specific requirements for your submission:


1. Acceptable Areas & Topics

Your session should focus on the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. We specifically welcome:

  • Real-world Case Studies: How you solved a specific business problem in a Sri Lankan or global context.
  • Technical Deep-Dives: Advanced "how-to" sessions on complex features or integrations.
  • AI Integration: Showcasing the synergy between Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and the Power Platform.
  • Governance & Strategy: Helping organizations manage, secure, and scale their low-code environments.


2. Session Format & Timing

  • Standard Session: Exactly 45 minutes. We recommend a "35+10" rule: 35 minutes of presentation/demo and 10 minutes for Q&A.
  • Delivery: All presentations must be delivered in-person in Colombo. Slides should be in English, though speakers are welcome to clarify points in local languages if it helps the audience.


3. Levels of Expertise

Please tag your session with one of the following levels:

  • Level 100 (Beginner): Focuses on fundamental concepts and "Getting Started" content.
  • Level 200 (Intermediate): Assumes some basic knowledge; focuses on practical application and common scenarios.
  • Level 300 (Advanced): Deep technical dives, complex architecture, or custom coding (PCF components, API integrations).


4. Target Audience

Our attendees typically fall into these categories:

  • Citizen Developers: Business users building solutions for their own departments.
  • IT Professionals & Pro-Devs: System admins, architects, and developers looking to extend the platform.
  • Business Leaders: Decision-makers looking for digital transformation strategies.
