プロポーザルを出す上での注意点

• プロポーザルは1人3つまでとさせていただきます。採択は、セッションタイプに関わらず1セッションのみとなります。
• 複数人での登壇はお控えください。

セッションタイプ

2025年はオフラインで開催のため、オンライン・録画でのセッションは受け付けません。

2トラックで以下のセッションを行います。

• Long Session : 40分
• Short Session : 20分
• Lightning Talk : 5分
• Challenge Session※ : 20分

※チャレンジセッションは、「登壇は初めて」「ノンネイティブ言語での登壇に挑戦したい」――そんな一歩を踏み出す人を後押しするセッションです。

チャレンジセッションに応募する方は、応募時に該当する理由を備考欄に記載してください。

例えば以下のような応募者が該当します。

• Goに関する技術カンファレンスにおける登壇が初めての方
• ノンネイティブの方による日本語または英語でのGoの登壇
• Goに関連したOSSに貢献した方

セッションレベル

参加者がどのセッションに参加するか判断できるように、以下のセッションレベルから適切なものを選択してください。

• all : Goのレベルを問わず誰でも参加可能
• beginner : Go入門者向け
• intermediate : Go中級者向け
• advanced : Go上級者向け

言語

日本語/英語どちらでも可能です。

審査基準

プロポーザルは以下の基準によって審査されます。

1. Goとの関連性 : Goに関連したセッションにしてください。
2. 明瞭性 : セッションの内容を明確に記載してください。
3. 達成可能性 : 時間以内にしっかり伝えられる内容にしてください。
4. 正確性 : 自身の経験からGoに関する正しい知見を共有してください。
5. インパクト: 参加者がセッションから何か新しいアイデア、技術、ツール、情報を得られるものにしてください

選定基準はGopherConを参考にしています。

セッション評価時、同点のセッションに関しては、多様性の観点から未採択のテーマを優先する場合があります。

入門したばかりの方のセッションも大歓迎です。

入門して学んだことは、他のGo初心者の方にとって貴重な学びの機会になりますし、Go経験者にとっても振り返りのきっかけとなります。あなたのGoに関する発表が、参加者がGoをもっと好きになるきっかけになるかもしれません。ぜひ一緒にConferenceを盛り上げましょう。

Guidelines for Submitting Proposals

• Maximum of three proposals per person. Regardless of session type, only one proposal per speaker will be accepted.
• Proposal with multiple presenters will not be accepted.

Session Types

GoConference 2025 will be held onsite only; remote or pre‑recorded sessions will not be accepted.

We will run two parallel tracks with the following formats:

• Long Session 40 min
• Short Session 20 min
• Lightning Talk 5 min
• Challenge Session* 20 min

* Challenge Session: Designed to encourage first‑time speakers or those presenting in a non‑native language. If applying, please state your reason in the “Additional Notes” field.

For example:

• First‑time speakers at a Go‑related tech conference
• Non‑native speakers giving a Go talk in Japanese or English
• Contributors to Go‑related OSS projects

Session Level

Choose the level that best matches your talk so attendees can decide which sessions to attend:

• all : Suitable for anyone, regardless of Go experience
• beginner : For Go newcomers
• intermediate : For mid‑level Go developers
• advanced : For advanced Go developers

Language

Japanese or English.

Review Criteria

Proposals will be evaluated on:

• Relevance to Go – Must be clearly related to Go.
• Clarity – Describe your session content unambiguously.
• Feasibility – Ensure the presentation fits within the allotted time.
• Accuracy – Share correct, experience‑based knowledge about Go.
• Impact – Provide attendees with new ideas, techniques, tools, or insights.

Note: Criteria are based on GopherCon.

When proposals score equally, unselected theme may be accepted in order to enhance diversity.

Avoid criticism of other languages or excessive product promotion—focus on technical content.

Sessions by newcomers are highly encouraged. What you learned when starting out can be invaluable to other beginners and offer seasoned Gophers a chance to reflect.
