Our purpose is to help build the Go community within NYC. We are here to support individuals by providing a safe platform for them to speak, listen, and learn. When not hosting a meetup, we will help promote and support our partner groups and events to help build awareness for all things Go in NYC.
Follow us on twitter at @golangnyc (https://twitter.com/golangnyc).
This meetup is for all Go developers, enthusiasts and anyone who is interested in learning about Go or programming in general.
We are interested in hearing :
A challenge that you tackled with the Go programming language.
Something cool you have learned and want to share it with everyone
Your journey in programming
Why you love or don’t love the Go programming (constructive criticism is always good).
Our event happens almost every month in NYC. If you see an event live on the meetup page and want to speak on that day please mention it the the additional information.
If your talk gets selected we will figure out the best schedule for your talk.
Please refrain from submitting commercial product demo talks that produce revenue.
