What We're Looking For:

We value experience-based talks.

We won't consider proposals that:

Simply repeat documentation without sharing your personal experience and lessons learned

Act as a pitch or sales pitch for a company or product. While mentioning your company is fine, it shouldn't be the primary focus.

Are recruitment talks aimed at talent acquisition.

Session Formats:

Regular sessions are 40 minutes or less, including Q&A. Talks with co-speakers are welcome. We also offer 20-minute lightning talk slots.

For New or Inexperienced Speakers:

First-time or inexperienced speakers are encouraged to request assistance from our organizing team. We're here to provide advice on your slides and help you rehearse for a successful presentation.

Language Requirement:

All sessions must be presented in English.

Important Note:

Please note that this is an in-person event, and speakers must be able to travel to Cape Town to deliver their talk. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide travel and accommodation funds.
