For GopherCon Israel, we're looking for a diverse range of sessions that cater to both beginner and experienced Golang developers. Here's what we generally expect:

  1. Relevant Topics: Sessions should focus on topics related to the Go programming language, its ecosystem, best practices, and emerging trends. This could include but isn't limited to: concurrency, web development, microservices, tooling, performance optimization, security, and community projects.
  2. Diverse Expertise Levels: We encourage submissions catering to different levels of expertise, from introductory sessions aimed at newcomers to advanced topics targeting seasoned Gophers. This ensures that there's something valuable for everyone in the audience.
  3. Target Audience: The target audience includes Golang developers of all skill levels, ranging from beginners who are just starting to explore the language to experienced professionals looking to deepen their knowledge and skills.
  4. Inclusivity and Diversity: We value inclusivity and welcome submissions from speakers of diverse backgrounds, ensuring a variety of perspectives and experiences are represented at the conference.
  5. Practical and Applicable Content: Sessions should provide practical insights, real-world examples, and actionable takeaways that attendees can apply in their own projects and workflows.
  6. Innovative and Cutting-Edge Topics: While classic topics are always relevant, we also encourage submissions that explore emerging trends, experimental approaches, or innovative uses of Go.

Overall, we aim to curate a program that is informative, engaging, and inspiring for the Golang community in Israel and beyond. We're excited to receive a wide range of submissions and create an enriching experience for all attendees.

Reminder: This is a community event — so no product and/or vendor sales pitches.
