GovWare 2026 will be an in-person event with an exhibition complemented by a conference.

Call for Speakers Opens: 27 April 2026

Call for Speakers Closes: 1 June 2026

Notification to Applicants: From 30 June 2026

Submission of Presentation Materials: By 3 September 2026


Session Type

Each session is 30 minutes, inclusive of Q&A.


Official Terms and Submission Process & Requirements

1. GovWare 2026 does not accept product or vendor-related sales pitches.

2. Submissions that highlight emerging technologies, frameworks, methodologies, vulnerabilities, exploits, etc. are strongly encouraged and will be given priority.

3. Each submission must include:

  • Synopsis (not exceeding 1000 characters, includes spacing) providing key ideas and takeaways;
  • Speaker's biography (not exceeding 1000 characters, includes spacings);
  • Speaker’s most recent high resolution photograph in 1000x1000 pixels and aspect ratio of 1:1 (square-sized). View Speakers best practices for photo submission guidelines; and
  • Focus Area (see Focus Areas section for the list of available topics).

4. Applicants will receive an email notification upon each successful submission. An acceptance or rejection email notification will be sent to applicants from 30 June 2026, after the review period.

5. Applicants will be contacted if there are any questions about their submission(s).

6. The Programme Advisory Board reserves all rights to reject submission(s) not adhering to the above terms.

7. The Programme Advisory Board will try its best to accommodate your preferred speaking slots.

8. The Programme Advisory Board reserves the right to change or modify its Terms and Conditions, dates and/or content of this invitation at any time without prior notice.
