Rule 1: All HRDevFest speakers must be past or current residents of the Hampton Roads area, encompassing Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Hampton, Newport News, Suffolk, and our honorary member, Williamsburg. Hampton Roads alums are also welcome!
(Look... if your talk is terrific, we can overlook this. But it's gotta be good.)
Rule 2: HRDevFest embraces a technology-agnostic approach. We're not focused on deep dives into any specific technology but on exploring how technology is used to solve problems. Our goal is to share applicable insights and strategies across various technological backgrounds. We encourage presentations highlighting innovative problem-solving techniques and transferable solutions in tech.

Talks are 45 minutes long, and Hampton Roads DevFest is a single-track event this year.
All Speakers are required to abide by the RevolutionVA Code of Conduct. It's 2024; don't mess this up.
