Speakers may indicate whether they prefer to present in person, virtually, or either.

We invite speakers to submit proposals that provide practical, educational, and relevant insights related to smart cities, infrastructure, technology, sustainability, mobility, energy, AI, IoT, data centers, construction technology, governance, and community impact.

Each proposal should include a clear session title, 150–300 word abstract, speaker bio, topic track, preferred session format, delivery mode, technical level, target audience, 3–5 attendee takeaways, and a brief explanation of how the topic connects to one or more UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Accepted session formats may include:

- Technical talk

- Industry case study

- Panel discussion

- Workshop or tutorial

- Demonstration or showcase

- Student lightning talk

- WIE / YP session

- Virtual presentation

Proposals will be reviewed by the Technical Program Committee based on relevance to the event theme, practical value to attendees, speaker experience, originality, and clarity of abstract and takeaways.

Commercial sales pitches will not be accepted. Product or company references are acceptable only when framed as part of an educational case study, demonstration, or lessons-learned session.

- Speaker notifications: October 12, 2026

- Speaker confirmation due: October 16, 2026

- Final slides due: November 6, 2026

- Virtual speaker tech checks: November 9–12, 2026

- Live hybrid event: November 21, 2026

At this time, travel and accommodation expenses are not covered. Any registration or speaker access details will be confirmed by the organizing committee after proposal acceptance.
