Thanks for your interest in presenting at IEEE Cloud Summit 2026 at Washington DC, USA. 

Come join your fellow cloud and AI developers, practitioners and leaders who work on real world problems to talk about your experiences, pain points, lesson learned or products.

We invite proposals for talks, tutorials, panels and interactive sessions that address one (or more) of the three tracks below. Our event program welcomes perspectives from industry  research, applied engineering, operations, business transformation and DevOps-SecOps practices.

Topics includes: 

Track 1 – AI & Intelligent Systems

  • Machine learning and large language models in cloud/edge environments
  • AI for infrastructure, observability, network/security automation
  • Real-time analytics, federated learning, edge AI deployments
  • AI ethics, governance and compliance in cloud-native systems
  • Generative AI, MLOps, model lifecycle challenges

Track 2 – Cloud & Edge Computing

  • Cloud-native architectures (microservices, serverless, service mesh)
  • Edge/fog/continuum computing, hybrid-/multi-cloud strategies
  • Infrastructure management, orchestration, platform engineering
  • Cloud/edge security, zero-trust, SRE/observability practices
  • Sustainable cloud/edge operations, green computing

Track 3 – Software, Systems & Networking

  • Systems engineering for high-scale, high-throughput back-ends
  • Networking in cloud/data centre/edge environments (SDN, NFV, 6G)
  • Software architecture, resilience, chaos engineering, observability
  • DevSecOps, SAST/DAST, API security and microservice ecosystems
  • Emerging paradigms: distributed edge systems, quantum-cloud hybrids

Submission Guidelines

  • Format: Proposals may be for 25 mins
  • Session Talks (Up to 2 speakers)
  • Panel (Up to 4 panel members)
  • Proposal must include: Title, abstract (250–400 words), target audience, track selection, speaker bio(s) (max 150 words each) and any audiovisual or experiential requirements.
  • Speaker eligibility: At least one speaker must register and present live at the conference (in-person or hybrid, as determined).
  • Originality: Content must not be previously published in the same form, and speakers should have the necessary rights for presentation and distribution.
  • Review criteria: Proposals will be evaluated on relevance to track, originality, technical/operational depth, clarity, and audience engagement potential.

  • Proposal submission opens: 1 November 2025
  • Proposal submission deadline: 15 February 2026
  • Notification of acceptance: 15 March 2026
  • Final presentation materials deadline: 1 April 2026
  • Conference dates: 25/26 June 2026
