We’re excited to invite you to the fourth edition of the IIBA Poland Summit — the flagship annual conference by IIBA Poland Chapter.

Entirely volunteer-driven and rooted in community spirit, this event is a celebration of business analysis and the people who bring it to life:

For Community. From Community.

At the Summit, it’s all about connecting, sharing, and creating together. We shape the program around what truly matters in our field — the topics that are alive in business analysis and live within our community. From emerging trends and innovative practices to timeless fundamentals, this is where ideas spark, conversations flow, and real impact begins.

Whether you’re a seasoned professional or a fresh voice with a story to tell, we want to hear from you. Share your insights, inspire others, and help shape the future of business analysis.

We welcome both local and international speakers, and the entire event will be held in English.

Curious about the vibe? Explore highlights from previous editions on our website and see why this event has become a special gathering for our community.

Join us — and let’s shape the future of business analysis, together.

We welcome a variety of session formats to suit different styles and topics:

  • Inspiring 20-minute TED-style talks – short, powerful ideas that energize and spark curiosity
  • Engaging 40-minute sessions – deep dives into your topic, with opportunities to interact with the audience
  • 1:1 mentoring sessions (30 minutes) – personalized conversations to guide and support fellow professionals. Please note that summit speakers are invited to join the mentoring panel first.
  • Hands-on workshops (2.5 hours) – interactive learning experiences with practical takeaways

Please note: All sessions must be delivered in person and conducted in English.

Want your talk to stand out? Here’s what makes a strong submission:

  • Craft a clear and compelling abstract – Focus on clarity, and highlight up to three key takeaways your audience will gain.
  • Ground your talk in real experience – Case-based examples and stories resonate more than theory.
  • Combine your speech with basic BA concepts – support building solid foundations for our audience
  • Plan for interaction – Show us how you’ll engage the audience during your session (not just talk at them).
  • Offer practical value – Include actionable tips your audience can apply after the event.
  • Keep it simple – Stick to one core idea per proposal. Avoid trying to cover too much at once.
  • Submit up to two proposals – More isn’t always better. Choose the topics that are most relevant and timely.
  • No sales pitches – We’re looking for learning and inspiration, not commercial presentations.
  • Make it memorable – With limited speaking slots and a high volume of great submissions, stand out with originality, relevance, and clarity. Even though we would love to we are not able to accept all the submissions.

Can't wait to hear from you!

As a non-profit, volunteer-led event, we do not offer any speaking fees.
