This International Women’s Day, we are hosting a high impact tech outreach event for secondary school students under the theme “Break the Pattern.”

The event challenges limiting expectations and expands how young girls see themselves in STEM, technology, and leadership spaces. Through technical exposure, honest conversations, and hands on collaboration, participants will explore real world applications of emerging technologies and strengthen their critical thinking skills.

Beyond inspiration, the focus is on clarity, exposure, and practical direction. Students will leave with a better understanding of available opportunities and a stronger sense of how to position themselves intentionally for the future.

For this event, we are curating three technical sessions. We are not providing fixed titles because we want speakers to bring their own creativity and expertise within the focus areas below.

1. Technical Session 1 – STEM Focus

This session should focus on a STEM-related field (science, engineering, mathematics, research, etc.) and connect it to real-world impact. The speaker is free to propose a title, as long as the session clearly exposes students to practical STEM pathways and opportunities.

2. Technical Session 2 – Digital Technology Focus

This session should focus on a digital or emerging technology area such as AI, data, cybersecurity, software, or related fields. The topic should be age-appropriate and clearly explained. The speaker may propose a title within this focus.

3. Technical Session 3 – Practical & Action-Oriented

This session should help students understand how they can start building early skills, exposure, exploration, or strategic preparation. The speaker has flexibility to design the topic, provided it offers clear direction and practical value.

Across all sessions, content should be structured, engaging, and tailored to secondary school students.
