Are you enthusiastic about Google Cloud technology, Generative AI, and the latest technology trends? We invite you to join us as a speaker or workshop facilitator at Google I/O Extended Medan 2025!
Event Details
- Date: Saturday, July 12, 2025
- Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM WIB
- Location: To be announced later (location in Medan)

We are offering you the opportunity to:
- Deliver a technical talk (30–45 minutes + 10 minutes Q&A)
- Lead a hands-on workshop (up to 1 hour, participants bring their own laptops)
- Or propose another format – we’re open to discussion!
You may submit more than one proposal if you have different topics.

Important Timeline
- Proposal submission deadline: June 30, 2025 (12:00 AM WIB)
- Announcement of selected speakers: July 1, 2025 (proposals reviewed on a rolling basis)
- Deadline for submitting final slides: July 10, 2025
Additional Information
- Presentation language: Indonesian or English
- Audience: Developers, engineers, data scientists, cloud architects, and AI enthusiast
- Travel expenses: We will assist with local transportation arrangements in Medan for keynote speakers residing in Medan, but this is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
- Speaker honorarium: This is a community-driven, non-profit event, organized by the community, for the community. As such, no speaker fee, travel allowance, or other monetary compensation will be provided. We deeply value your contribution and passion in sharing knowledge with the tech community.
