The Italian Agile Days are the main Italian conference for people interested in Agile and Lean practices.

You can propose:

   * 45′ Presentations

   * 10′ Lightning talks

   * 90′ or 180' Workshops

With regards to presentations we expect an open approach to innovation and the willingness to share experiences ‘from the trenches’ in a clear and simple way. The proposed topic can be for “new agilists” or “expert practitioners”.

Here are some Agile topics that we would like to see this year:

   * Development

   * Devops

   * Business Agility

   * UX

   * Lean

   * From the trenches

   * Environment

   * Whatever you feel like

For lightning talks…well, there is space for your imagination!

In case you want to propose a workshop, remember to pay attention to the timing: you have 90' or 180' to involve the participants in your challenge.

Send us your contribution, and invite others to contribute. We are always looking for new ideas.

Don’t be shy: never being on stage (IAD or elsewhere) is a challenge that we can and we want to tackle together. For this reason it will be possible to request a tutor who will help you to refine your talk.

Every year we look for more effective ways to involve participants and facilitate the exchange of ideas. This year we wanted to go back to the past by differentiating the types of participation.

Friday will be entirely dedicated to thematic workshops while Saturday to the sessions and the lightning talks.
