We are seeking session proposals that align with the event's theme, "Redefine Possible," and contribute to empowering women in the technology, AI, and innovation sectors. We welcome a wide range of topics and formats that inspire, educate, and engage our diverse audience. Below are the guidelines for submitting your session:

Areas of Focus

We are particularly interested in sessions that cover the following areas:

1. Empowering Women in Technology

   - Overcoming barriers and navigating careers in tech

   - Success stories and personal journeys of women in tech

   - Promoting women’s leadership and visibility in the industry

2. AI, Innovation, and Emerging Technologies

   - Women’s contributions to AI, machine learning, and data science

   - Innovations in tech being driven by women-led teams

   - Ethical AI, diversity in data, and inclusive technology development

3. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

   - Best practices for fostering inclusive workplaces in tech

   - Overcoming unconscious bias, imposter syndrome, and gender stereotypes

   - The role of allies, mentorship, and sponsorship in advancing gender equity

4. Career Development & Leadership

   - Building and advancing a career in the tech industry

   - Leadership skills for women aspiring to executive roles

   - How to navigate challenges in male-dominated fields

5. Entrepreneurship & Innovation

   - Women-led startups and entrepreneurship in tech

   - Strategies for launching and scaling tech-based businesses

   - Overcoming challenges and building networks for women founders

Accepted Session Formats

1. Keynote Speeches

   Engaging, high-impact presentations from experienced leaders or innovators in tech who can share their journeys, successes, and challenges. Keynotes should aim to inspire attendees and leave them with actionable insights.

2. Panel Discussions

   A moderated discussion featuring 3-4 experts sharing perspectives on a specific topic related to women in tech, innovation, or diversity and inclusion. Panels should include time for audience Q&A.

3. Workshops

   Hands-on, interactive sessions that allow attendees to gain practical skills in areas such as coding, AI, leadership, entrepreneurship, or career development. Workshops should provide tangible takeaways and be designed for active participation.

4. Fireside Chats

   Intimate, conversational interviews between a moderator and a guest, highlighting the guest’s personal experiences, insights, and career journey in tech.

5. Breakout Sessions

   Smaller, focused group discussions that allow attendees to dive deep into a specific topic. Proposals for these sessions should include clear objectives and encourage participant engagement and networking.

Levels of Expertise

We are looking for sessions suitable for attendees with varying levels of expertise:

1. Beginner:

   For those new to tech or exploring new areas of innovation. These sessions should provide foundational knowledge and skill-building opportunities.

2. Intermediate:

   For those with some experience in the industry, looking to advance their careers or dive deeper into specific technologies or strategies.

3. Advanced:

   For seasoned professionals and leaders in tech who want to explore cutting-edge innovations, leadership strategies, or in-depth technical topics.

Target Audience

While the event focuses on celebrating and empowering women in tech, we encourage sessions that will resonate with a broad audience, including:

- Professionals in tech (engineers, data scientists, AI specialists, product managers, etc.)

- Aspiring tech leaders and those looking to advance their careers

- Entrepreneurs and startup founders, especially women-led ventures
