Women Techmakers' International Women's Day (IWD) campaign brings together thousands of developers to celebrate, connect and learn. Globally it's a moment to recognize the incredible contributions of women around the world, and is also a call to action for accelerating gender equity.

We're inviting individuals from all backgrounds – students, professionals, anyone passionate about making a difference – to share their insights and stories on relevant topics. Don't hesitate to step forward – your voice matters!

Our theme this year is #ProgressNotPerfection, and we're seeking talks that inspire and empower. Whether it's a technical deep dive, a personal journey, or a career reflection, your perspective can spark change and encourage others.

The theme "Impact the Future" for Women Techmakers International Women's Day Campaign for 2024 is a call to action for women in tech to impact the future of technology and society for the better.

What are you working on that will make a difference in the world? How are you using your skills and talents to create a better future for all? 

Come share with us and together we can "Impact the Future".

Some guidelines to follow:

  • Please submit only talks. You can submit them on any technologies backend, frontend, Dev-ops, AI/ML, Cloud, Web and more. Workshops may not be accepted.
  • Please keep the talk time within 20 min.
  • Panel discussion - 30 minutes. (Must include all your co-speaker's emails for your panel. Otherwise, it will be counted as an incomplete submission.)
  • The accepted language is English/Malayalam

We are open to non-technical topics as well
