We're looking for female speakers & experience-based talks, the information that can not be found in the documentation or easily googled. Share your story, your struggle, your research results, your experience with the frontier tool or technology.

We are not only looking tech geeks but also community superheroes who are impacting the community!

We are open to a variety of topics, including but not limited to

• Session Formats
  You can submit proposals for one of the following:
  
  
• Conference session (25-30mins including Q&A) – This is a dedicated time slot where you can present on a variety of topics, including different technologies, practices, methodologies, or soft skills. It's an opportunity to share your expertise and insights with the audience, followed by a Q&A session to address any questions, further engage with the attendees, and dive deeper into the subject matter. You'll get to connect with everyone and go into details about your topic, all happening on the main day of the event.
  
  
• Panel Discussion (30-45mins including Q&A ) – A panel of experts who are given any topic related to women in tech and developers community eco-system to discuss and share their views & opinions
  
  

• 👩👩Tip! We support diversity of our speakers and welcome underrepresented groups in tech. We saw at Google I/O that a format of two co-speakers works really well. Do not hesitate to submit a CFP for two :)
  
  Next step:  If your talk is selected, you will receive a confirmation mail with the necessary details and schedule within 2-3 days after the submission is closed.
  
  A brief idea about audience: The majority of our target audience is IT professionals, developers, students/job hunters including developers/designers/non-tech but not limited to this. Anyone from any background is welcome to attend our conference.
  
  Which proposals don't fit
  We are interested in experience-based talks. We will not accept proposals that are:
  
  🚫 Just repeating documentation without your experience/lessons learned.
  🚫 Pitching/selling a company or a product. It's OK to mention your company, but it shouldn't be the main focus.
  🚫 Recruitment talks to attract talent.
  🚫 The exactly same talk topic which you've already delivered and can be found online.
  🚫 Stolen presentations.
