JJUG CCCは毎年2回、春と秋に開催する日本最大のJavaコミュニティイベントです。Java関連の技術や事例に関する良質なセッションが行われ、また異なる分野で活躍するJava技術者が集まる場ともなっています。JJUG CCC 2023 Springは、新型コロナウィルス感染症の拡大防止に配慮しながらオフラインでの開催を予定しています。ぜひご参加ください。 / JJUG CCC is the largest Java community event organized by the Japan Java User Group (JJUG), which takes place twice a year in spring and autumn. It provides great sessions of Java-related technologies, and practices and brings together Java engineers from different disciplines. It will be held as a hybrid of in-person and online.

Session formats and length:
You can select the following session format.
Sessions are 45 or 20 minutes in total for regular sessions and 45 or 105 minutes for workshops.
The workshop will be in-person session only.
If you select the video session, you must have a 10min or 5min live streaming part before the end of your session (depending on your session time).
Therefore, the video you will submit should be up to 35 or 15 minutes.

Video submission: May 7th, 2023 (Sun) We will let you know the details after your session is selected.
Content:
Sessions are to be targeted at Java community, but topics should not be Java itself. Any subjects are welcome if the community members can be interested.

Description:
The talk description should be as detailed as possible.
You can use "Notes to organizer" field as well if you would like to hide the session detail for attendees.
Do not advertise commercial products or advertise job openings in your session. (Please consider participating as a sponsor if you want to advertise your products or services.)
If you apply multiple sessions, please enter how many sessions you can have in the "Notes to organizer" field.
Session level:
Set a level from the following three options. "StepUp" session is only for Japanese speakers.
- Beginner: No prior knowledge about the session topic is necessary. Introductory explanations should be enough contained.
- Intermediate: The basic knowledge about the session topic are necessary. Applied contents should be contained.
- Advanced: The whole session should be constituted of advanced and applied contents.

今回はオフラインとオンライン配信のハイブリッドでの開催になります。
スピーカーの方への連絡は下記Slackワークスペースのスピーカー用チャンネルを通じて行います。選考通過後にチャンネルの案内を送付するので見逃さないように注意してください。ワークスペースに未参加の方へは招待メールをお送りします。

セッション形式およびセッション時間
セッションが採択された場合、次のいずれかの方式を選択していただきます。ただし、ワークショップについては現地セッションのみといたします。
セッション時間は、レギュラーセッションは合計45分または20分、ワークショップは45分または105分です。
ビデオセッションの場合、45分セッションでは終了前の10分間、20分セッションでは終了前の5分間をQ&Aの時間とし、リモートからライブで出演していただきます。したがって、提出するビデオは最長35分または15分でお願いします。

内容
セッションは "Javaコミュニティ向け" の内容としてください。Javaに関する内容はもちろん、Javaに直接は関係ない内容であっても、コミュニティの興味が強いセッションを採択したいと考えています。

ネタバレ防止などの理由で詳細に書けない場合、「ご連絡事項」に詳細を記載してください。
セッション中に、商用製品の宣伝や人材募集の告知などは行わないでください。（宣伝を伴うセッションは、スポンサーとしての参加をご検討ください）
セッションレベル:
セッションレベルは、セッションを理解するにあたり必要となる事前知識や理解度をもとに選択してください。受講者の総合的なスキルではなく、分野ごとの知識・スキルを判断基準としてください。

ステップアップセッションについて
ステップアップセッションは、おもに学生や新卒社員から、数年の経験を経て初心者から一歩抜け出したい方までを対象にしたセッションになります。
Javaでシステム開発を行ううえで普遍的に役立つ基礎的な知識を、初心者にも分かりやすく解説してもらえるセッションを募集します。
募集するテーマの例：
ステップアップセッションのCfPに応募する際は、セッションの種類の選択で「StepUp」を選んでください。
※ステップアップセッションの選考基準は、先進性よりも基礎を重視します。
