Josh began his agile journey in 2007 at Target Marketing, moved into agile coaching at IBM in 2011, and undertook his first enterprise-wide agile transformation in 2015. In 2018, he moved to North Highland where he grew its practice into a thriving business, all while working on the transformation of North Highland itself. Not content to stop there, Josh achieved his ICE-EC designation in 2021. Based on that wealth of experience across a broad range of companies, agile practitioners, and agile frameworks, he has developed his own, unique approach to transformation.
