Welcome to KanDDDinsky, the community-organized Domain-driven Design conference with a strong focus on collaboration, diversity, and learning together.

We care about the art of business software development - from Domain-driven Design to Agile, Architecture, and beyond. KanDDDinsky is a place for practitioners who experiment, reflect, and share what actually works (and what doesn’t).

Please submit one of the following:

  • Presentation (50 minutes)
  • Hands-on session / workshop (2 hours)

We welcome a broad range of topics, including but not limited to:

  • DDD experience reports - successes and failures
  • Collaborative modeling methods (EventStorming, Domain Storytelling, etc.)
  • Socio-technical systems and team–architecture alignment
  • Software architecture and evolutionary design
  • Semantics in code and expressive models
  • Testing strategies and feedback loops
  • Heuristics for design and decision-making
  • Product discovery and product management
  • Visualization and storytelling as tools for understanding
  • Event-driven and distributed systems
  • New & emerging topics

This year, we are especially interested in sessions exploring AI-assisted software development in a DDD context, for example:

  • Coding with AI agents while preserving Ubiquitous Language
  • RAG systems and knowledge retrieval aligned with Bounded Contexts
  • Using LLMs in collaborative modeling and discovery
  • Preventing semantic erosion when AI generates or refactors code
  • Context-aware AI tooling for domain modeling and decision support
  • Organizational and ethical implications of AI in socio-technical systems

We are less interested in generic AI hype and more in how these tools interact with domain knowledge, language, and boundaries.

Not sure if your topic fits?

If your idea helps make the world of business software development better, it likely fits.

If you’re unsure, submit anyway - we’re happy to jump on a call with you to discuss and refine your proposal. KanDDDinsky exists to support experimentation, learning, and sharing, especially for people actively practicing DDD.
