Join us for the inaugural Cloud Native Technology conference in Ghana. We will explore a wide range of topics, from containers, DevOps, DevSecOps, Observability, and Monitoring to OpenTelemetry. Backed by the leading Cloud Native organization in North America and Europe Linux Foundation. KCD Accra is sponsored by the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF). This virtual event will feature talks from leading practitioners, motivated students, and cloud native enthusiasts in Ghana, West Africa, and international speakers. 


Submission Details: 

  • Talks can be delivered in English or Twi / Ga / Ewe with all slides being presented in English. We welcome diversity and inclusion and embrace local languages at KCD Accra. 
  • Talks can be submitted as a lightning talk (10 mins) or a full talk (30 mins).
  • Talk sessions can be presented by up to 2 speakers or up to 4 speakers for a panel. 


Ideas for Talks:

  • Share your experience using Cloud Native technology ( are you working on monitoring? Embracing DevOps? Deploying containers (kubernetes)?) Whatever you are doing in the cloud native space we would love to hear about it. 
  • Technical deep dives where you share your expertise and knowledge. 
  • Demonstrations on what you are working on within your organization and/or open source projects you contribute to as long as the demo is relevant to the cloud native ecosystem.

  • KCD speaker badge to post on social media.
  • Talk featured on YouTube channel. 
  • Talk recognized by CNCF for KCD Accra.

  • By submitting your proposal you agree to the CNCF code of conduct.
  • Commitment to inclusivity will be observed per the Linux Foundation inclusive presenter guidance and inclusive language initiative.
