Lead Innovation Day - Leadership Edition

The question we're tackling:
What does it really take to lead change from inside the system?
Most change initiatives fail because leadership treats it as a methodology problem. The organization treats it as a power problem. The organization wins.
We're curating a day of experiences and perspectives — not lectures. Our participants don't want frameworks explained. They want to be challenged, to practice, to walk out with a different lens on their current challenges.
It a day where talks set the frame and workshops create the shift. Participants don't come to listen. They come to test moves, challenge assumptions, and leave with next actions that hold on Monday.
We're looking for two types of sessions:
Experiential
You design a situation. Participants step into it. They face a constraint, make a decision, test a narrative. They don't learn about leadership: they practice it.
Think: simulation, motivation, collective experience.
Inspirational
You reframe how leaders see their role. Note centered on frameworks, nor methodology, rather what you learned. A real story, a hard-won insight, a provocation that changes what leaders should pay attention to. Short. Sharp. Grounded in what you've lived.
