The goal of the conference is to create a community of managers and developers who are currently facing, or have previously faced, the same challenges and can help each other. At the conference, you will find all the content and skills you need to manage your teams effectively, even if you didn’t know who to ask before.
What kind of topics are we looking for?
The 2025 edition of Leaders in Tech will include 4 track of premium content in 4 separate days.
May 4th - DevOps - Aimed for all managerial roles in DevOps
May 5th - Management - Aimed for all managerial roles in R&D - Focused more on the logistical and technical aspects of the role (time management, project management, technical interviews).
May 6th - Leadership - Aimed for all managerial roles in R&D - Focused more on the human and interpersonal aspects of the role (conflict resolution, interpersonal relationships, mentoring).
May 7th - Data - Aimed for all managerial roles in Data (Engineering/analytics/science).
What kind of sessions are we looking for?
Session length will be either 30 or 15 minutes long or can be a 50-minute panel (Submit an idea for a panel you would like to moderate (developing questions and leading the discussion)—we will help you find suitable panel members.
- Please note that the lecture times do not include Q&A, which will take place in a separate area.

A few important notes:
The conference is also intended for senior executives, not just mid-level managers, so priority will be given to topics relevant to senior management, speakers in senior positions with significant management experience, or those in roles related to training within the company (e.g., Executive Trainer).
The content will be presented in Hebrew (except for necessary technical jargon in English) because the event targets the Israeli community. The CFP can also be submitted in English.
You are welcome to submit more than one proposal per speaker/company.
