The event will run virtually on 26 July, 2025 (Saturday). We are looking for sessions around any Microsoft 365 productivity topics.

We are looking for talks targeted at audience with various degrees of expertise levels (beginner, intermediate, and advanced) to help them improve their Microsoft 365 Skills.

Information and tips

  • You can submit up to 3 proposals
  • You can add 1 co-speaker
  • Session time: 40 minutes + 5 minutes for Q&A
  • Please submit your bio, where the audience get to know you
  • Make the session title and description shine, and highlight the main takeaways your target audience will get from your talk
  • The notes field is meant for any special requirements or information that you want to communicate to the organizer team.
  • The organizers will NOT provide coverage for travel and accommodation expenses.


What makes a good submission?

  • Session Title - Be specific on which feature or functionality you are willing to talk about.
  • Description - Provide minimum 50 words session overview. As a rule of thumb, try to summarize your table of contents (or agenda) slide in 30-45 seconds and put it down as description. Tell us whether you will be doing a demo. Any pre-requisites?
  • Notes to Organizer - Tell us if you require assistance owing to your special (and differently-abled) needs.
  • Biography - Add as much information as possible to your bio.
  • Profile Photo - Provide your recent high resolution photo.
  • Social Media Profiles - Provide your LinkedIn, Twitter profile URL


Sessions will be recorded for playback on our YouTube channel.
