Are you a Microsoft 365 user, service owner, power user, developer, or considering using Microsoft technologies to enhance your collaboration experience, communications, and productivity? Do you have insights, experiences, or innovations to share about Microsoft 365, the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.), SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Teams Phone, Governance, Power Automate, PowerApps, Migrations, Intranets, Information Architecture, Copilot, Project Management, SharePoint Premium, Microsoft Viva products, Microsoft Forms, Azure, or any related technology?

If so, then this group is for you. The San Diego Microsoft 365 Productivity Group is dedicated to bringing people from diverse technical backgrounds—IT Pros, Developers, Architects, Power Users, SharePoint Administrators, Makers, Service Owners, Project Managers, or "Curious Thinkers"—together to network, learn, and share knowledge. We welcome and encourage presentations on all Microsoft technologies and cater to all roles.

Traditionally covering San Diego, this group now embraces a global audience through virtual and hybrid meeting experiences. This allows us to include members and speakers from across the globe, enriching our community with various perspectives and expertise.

Our sessions span a wide range of topics and formats, including product overviews, business leadership, architectural guidance, ask-me-anything, and technical sessions ranging from introductory to advanced levels. The group is led by local Microsoft Service Professionals and IT Professionals, with sessions presented by local, national, and international speakers.

We are seeking passionate speakers and engaging sessions focused on all aspects of Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, Copilot, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint (Online and On-Premise), Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), Azure, Dynamics, Teams Phone, Security, Governance, Adoption, Information Management, Information Architecture, Records Management, and Compliance. Our goal is to provide valuable insights, real-world experiences, and practical knowledge to our community members.

Meeting Schedule:
User Group meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month. The meetings are up to two hours in duration, including social time, beginning at 11:00 AM PST.

Session Guidelines:
Our community-focused event encourages sessions that highlight real-world applications, innovative capabilities, and strategies to enhance the knowledge and skills of our attendees. We aim to foster an environment of learning and collaboration, so sales-focused content is not allowed.

The number of sessions selected for each event will depend on the length and content of the submitted sessions. We may feature a single in-depth session or multiple shorter sessions, based on factors such as topic, duration, and audience relevance.
