I am based between Milan and Modena in Italy. My career began in Coopers & Lybrand, one of the largest consultancies of its time, where I designed and developed Decision Support Systems. Over the years, I have held diverse positions such as Business and Product Owner, Agile Coach, Marketing Manager, Scrum Master, and Project Manager. These roles have given me a unique perspective on the tradeoffs that we continuously face in the business world. Through these experiences, I have come to appreciate the importance of taking a systemic view in order to effectively address these tradeoffs and find solutions that balance short-term and long-term goals.
