Mautic is the world's first open source Marketing Automation project. Mautic Conference Europe presenters and attendees reflect our amazing community: end-users, translators, organizers, executives, marketers, editors, content strategists, designers, developers, and more. 

This is our third in-person conference, previously held in Hasselt, Belgium in 2001, São Paulo, Brazil in 2022, and this year in Pune, India.

We want you to share your perspective and knowledge!

We strongly encourage you to really take the time to prepare your proposal well, and provide all of the information required at the detail that will allow the panel to fully understand what you are proposing to share during your session.

Sessions are 30 minutes with 15 minutes for Q&A.

The Mautic Community will offer to cover the cost of economy class travel and accommodation at our team venue for session speakers only, where this cannot be provided by an employer, in line with our financial policy for speakers who are selected by the panel to present at the event. We are prioritising speakers from India for this event.

Types

You can submit two types of proposal in this call for speakers:

• Workshop - half day or full day, delivered on the Friday prior to the event. Can be free or paid, please use the notes field to explain the cost and revenue share you will give to the community.
• Session - 30 minutes with 15 minutes Q&A

We also strongly recommend that you have previously spoken at Mautic Meetup events and other conferences to gain experience and showcase your skills. You will be asked to submit examples of your past presentations as part of your proposal.
