Mautic World Conference 2025 is the world's first open source Marketing Automation project's premier event, designed for inspiration, education, and networking. It empowers both new and existing Mautic users worldwide to maximize their use of the platform. The HYBRID event, hosted by the organizers, brings together a diverse community of end-users, translators, organizers, executives, marketers, content strategists, designers, developers, and more.
The conference is split into two parts: an IN-PERSON event on Monday, 3 November, with additional events on Tuesday and Wednesday, and an ONLINE conference on Thursday and Friday, 6-7 November, with tracks running throughout the day.

The Mautic World Conference 2025 marks our fifth in-person event, following successful conferences in Hasselt, Belgium (2021), São Paulo, Brazil (2022), Pune, India (early 2024), and Lisbon, Portugal (2024). This year, we bring the in-person event to the UK and complement it with a worldwide online conference, previously known as "MautiCon Global," held during the same week.

We strongly encourage you to really take the time to prepare your proposal well, and provide all of the information required at the detail that will allow the panel to fully understand what you are proposing to share during your session.
Sessions are 30 minutes with 15 minutes for Q&A.
The Mautic Community will offer to cover the cost of economy class travel and accommodation at our team venue for session speakers only, where this cannot be provided by an employer, in line with our financial policy for speakers who are selected by the panel to present at the event. We are prioritizing speakers from the UK for this event.

We also strongly recommend that you have previously spoken at Mautic Meetup events and other conferences to gain experience and showcase your skills. You will be asked to submit examples of your past presentations as part of your proposal.
