MCP Connect - Connecting Agents. Empowering Builders.

A full-day, community-driven conference dedicated to the Model Context Protocol (MCP), the open standard powering how AI agents connect with tools, data, and each other. Whether you're building MCP servers, integrating clients, or shaping the agent ecosystem, MCP Connect brings builders together for a day of hands-on sessions, real-world implementation stories, and deep protocol discussion.

Expect practical workshops on building and securing MCP servers, talks on client integration and agent interoperability, and a community showcase of what people are building with the protocol today. No vendor pitches, just builders talking to builders about making the protocol work in production.

Vendor-neutral. Community-run. Built by and for the people shaping the future of agent connectivity.

MCP Connect is looking for builders.

We're putting together a lineup of practitioners who are actively building with the Model Context Protocol: people who've shipped MCP servers, integrated clients, and solved real problems along the way, and have something worth sharing about how they did it.

If you've built something with MCP or learned something valuable along the way, we want to hear about it.

What we're looking for

  • Implementation deep dives: how you built or secured an MCP server, lessons from production, architecture decisions and trade-offs
  • Client integration stories: connecting agents to tools and data, handling auth, permissions, and multi-server orchestration
  • Interoperability & the ecosystem: agent-to-agent communication, protocol extensions, standards work, and where MCP is headed
  • Lessons learned: what you'd do differently, what you wish you'd known before you started, and how you'd approach it now
  • Live builds & demos: show, don't just tell

Session formats

  • Talks: 25 minutes
  • Workshops: hands-on 90 minutes

Who should apply

Anyone building in the MCP ecosystem: engineers, tool authors, security researchers, and teams running MCP in production. First-time speakers are welcome; we care most about the substance of what you've built.

Please note: This is a community-run event and we're unable to reimburse travel or accommodation costs for speakers.
