The Micro Frontends Conference is for web developers who want to exchange and learn all around scaling web applications.
Micro Frontends allow individual teams to take ownership of distinct sub-domains of an application. By utilizing fully autonomous teams the need for alignment is reduced to a minimum.
Besides the technical challenges (how to compose the different parts together, what guidelines / architecture to follow, usage of the existing web ecosystem etc.) the talks and workshops at this conference also discusses the organizational challenges (how to organize different teams, what level of alignment is needed, communication between independent teams etc.).
The core content will be experience reports, sharing best practices, as well as a discussion around frameworks, libraries, and tools to make Micro Frontends work.
If you want to share you knowledge at the Micro Frontends Conference 2024 just submit your idea here. Some ideas you might come up with: share your experiences using micro frontends or to talk about your project. We are happy to receive your proposals and craft the show around your content.
Appreciated submissions:
In addition to standard talk sessions (each 40 minutes) we'll also give you the opportunity to host a one-day workshop:
In case your workshop or talk does not fully fit the criteria mentioned above you can either contact us up front or just submit. We are usually open for ideas.
Our "speaker hall of fame" 🏆 features some of the most well-known figures in the micro frontends community, such as Michael Geers, Zackery Jackson, Luca Mezzalira, Florian Rappl, or Manfred Steyer.
We'll carefully select the talks that bring the most variety to the conference. All talks will be selected purely on content - the speaker name and bio will be hidden during the selection process. Please do not give any indication (names, position, etc.) in your submission.
