Microsoft EMS Community in real life!

planned future dates

4 Sep 2026

location

Microsoft Copenhagen, Denmark

September 4, 2026 · Microsoft Denmark, just outside Copenhagen

The Microsoft EMS community is finally getting together in person - a full day of sessions on the Microsoft 365 security stack, with no fluff and no marketing slides.

One track. No parallel sessions to pick between. Just one day of focused content, built for people who already know their way around Entra ID, Intune, and Conditional Access. We're not here to explain what MFA is - we're here to dig into what breaks it, what fixes it, and what the next chapter of Zero Trust, Defender XDR, and Entra actually looks like in production.

Expect sessions built by practitioners for practitioners, real stories from the field, and the kind of hallway conversations you don't get from a webinar. Bring your laptop, bring your questions, and bring the colleague who keeps saying "we should really tighten up our Conditional Access policies" but never does.

It's a not-for-profit, community-run event. No sponsors behind it - just the EMS community itself.

We're looking for level 300 content on the Microsoft security stack.

What makes a great session here

Real depth overviews the parts that broke and how you fixed them. For example:

  • A real implementation: what you built, what went wrong, and how you saved it
  • A dive into a feature that makes you motivated
  • Lessons from a project that went sideways before it went right
  • A fresh take on something the docs gloss over, or the pattern you wish someone had told you

Bring the demo, the lessons learned, and the slide you're slightly nervous to show - whatever you've got, we'd love to see it.

Who should submit

Anyone with 50 minutes of insight - whether you've spoken at twenty conferences or never stood on a stage before. If that's you, we want to hear it. (We do favor sessions not already presented at another conference.)

What you get (the honest version)

No sponsors means no swag, no travel budget, and no speaker dinner. What we can offer:

  • A room full of practitioners who actually show up, listen, and remember your talk long after the slides are gone
  • The space to say what you really think and share what really happened no vendor message to stay on, no rough edges to sand off
