Microsoft Purview and Defender Days 2026 is a one-day virtual event organized by the Microsoft 365, Power Platform & Cloud Security India User Group.This event features two dedicated parallel tracks:

  1. Microsoft Purview Track – focused on information protection, data governance, compliance, and risk management.
  2. Microsoft Defender Track – focused on modern threat protection, identity security, endpoint, cloud, and XDR capabilities.

The objective of this virtual event is to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end coverage of both Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Defender, enabling attendees to gain deep technical insights, practical implementation guidance, and real-world best practices—all in a single day.

By bringing together experts from both domains, Microsoft Purview and Defender Days 2026 aims to help the community get the best of both worlds—security and compliance—under one unified event experience.

Microsoft Purview and Defender Days 2026 is a community-driven, one-day virtual event organized by the Microsoft 365, Power Platform & Cloud Security India User Group.

We invite industry experts, practitioners, architects, engineers, MVPs, and community leaders to submit session proposals focused on Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Defender technologies. This event is designed to deliver deep, practical, and end-to-end coverage across security, compliance, data governance, and threat protection.

This event will run two parallel tracks:

🟦 Track 1: Microsoft Purview (including Azure Data & Governance)

Sessions in this track may include (but are not limited to):

4. Identity-centric and Zero Trust security approaches
