We are looking forward to speakers sharing their stories & experiences about successes, failures, lessons learned, patterns & practices in following categories:

As a community conference we are encouraging everyone from senior to newcomers from diverse backgrounds. microXchg will provide a mentoring program to support speakers to prepare, deliver and rehearse their talks.  We kindly ask you to select whether you seek for mentoring or if you are open to be part of the mentoring community to support with rehearsals.

microXchg has following different types of sessions:

  • Talks will last 50 minutes (incl. Q&A) and provide enough time to cover a topic in detail.
  • Lightning talks are 15 minutes. This allows to reduce effort in particular for newcomers and also to present niche subjects.
  • In-depth session are three hours. Ideally those session should cover a topic in detail and also provide hands-on, labs and demos.

The Call for Papers will end on 17th February 2019. We are looking forward to your submissions!

microXchg is a non-profit community conference - meaning that its budget for expenses is limited. In case your company cannot cover your expenses and you can only provide your talk/session with some sort of expense coverage, please let us know in the "Notes to organizer" section.
