InnoVAte Virginia moves online in May, with a one-day virtual event!

Submissions will be open mid-February through the end of March!
For miniVAte Virginia, we're looking for eight (8) hour-long sessions, which should include ample time for participants to interact and ask questions of the presenters.
Preference will be given to submissions that are engaging, interactive, and present innovative ways to collaborate in a virtual setting.
miniVAte Virginia will be using Zoom to coordinate and stream the individual conference sessions; please let the organizers know what additional tools participants will need to be able to access during your sessions, so that participants can work through any configuration or access issues prior to the start of your session.
miniVAte Virginia will also be recording the individual sessions; please avoid using any copyrighted materials – audio and video – whenever possible, to reduce the amount of time needed to prepare recorded sessions for potential future sharing. If you have concerns about having your session recorded, please indicate your concerns so that we can attempt to address them beforehand.
