Welcome to a brand new hacker conference built for the curious minds who push the boundaries of technology. A gathering tailored for hackers of all backgrounds who thrive on deep technical exploration.
Welcome to MinuteCon, a brand new hacker conference built for curious minds of all backgrounds who thrive on deep technical exploration. Boston is the city of champions and the birthplace of revolutionary ideals. We want to honor Boston’s rich hacker history with you and open a new chapter that connects that legacy to today’s cutting-edge research and tomorrow’s breakthroughs. We invite seasoned professionals, researchers, hackers, makers, artists, and passionate technologists to join us as we dissect complex challenges and share original findings. MinuteCon is a stage for those who do not just consume technology but shape its future.
What We Cover
MinuteCon is broad by design. We're interested in talks that fall within one of the following categories. If your talk is outside of these categories we still would like to hear from you, let us know what you're working on.
Offensive Security - Exploitation, red team trade-craft, novel attack research and tooling. If you built it to break things, we want to hear about it.
Defense & Detection - Threat hunting, incident response, and blue team operational tooling. The people holding the line deserve the same stage as the people crossing it.
Application Security - Web, mobile, and API vulnerabilities. Secure-by-design architecture. The bugs that keep shipping because no one talks about why.
Hardware & Embedded - IoT, firmware analysis, RF, and physical security research. The attack surface nobody patches.
AI Security - Attacking and defending machine learning systems: model exploitation, prompt injection, data poisoning, and securing the tools everyone is suddenly shipping to production.
National Security & Policy - Securing our nation and our infrastructure. Where security meets law, regulation, and disclosure. The rules that shape what researchers are allowed to do, and the people writing them.
Talk slots: 20 mins (lightning talk) / 45 mins (full talk). All accepted speakers receive complimentary admission.
